3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1 total comprehensive energy consumption of automobile products
the actual amount of various energy consumed in the whole production process of automobile products during the statistical reporting period
3.2 comprehensive energy consumption for unit output of products
the ratio of the comprehensive energy consumption of automotive products during the statistical reporting period to the total quantity of qualified products produced during the same period
3.3 energy-consumed medium
consumed working substances that are not used as raw materials, nor enter into products in the process of production, and need to directly consume energy in production or preparation

3.4 production system
system composed of stamping, welding, painting and final assembly in the whole automobile manufacturing process
3.5 supporting production system
system composed of plant logistics and energy power area and equipment and facilities
3.6 energy management system
management and control integration system to implement centralized and flat dynamic monitoring and digital management of production, transmission, distribution and consumption links of enterprise energy system, improve and optimize energy balance, and realize systematic energy saving and consumption reduction, by virtue of automation, information technology and centralized management mode
4 Statistical requirements
4.1 General
The types of energy included in the comprehensive energy consumption calculation shall meet the related requirements of national energy statistics. All kinds of energy shall not be recalculated or omitted. The metering of comprehensive energy consumption shall meet the requirements of GB 17167.
4.2 Statistical scope of comprehensive energy consumption
4.2.1 The comprehensive energy consumption of automobile production shall include the energy consumed by related activities of direct production system and auxiliary production system. Annex A gives the standard coal coefficient (reference value) of consumed energy, electricity and heat.
4.2.2 If the office area is in the production workshop of the factory, the energy consumed shall also be included in the comprehensive energy consumption statistics.
4.2.3 The energy consumed by heating and cooling for production system and auxiliary production system activities shall also be included in the comprehensive energy consumption statistics.
4.2.4 The loss of energy and energy-consumed medium in the internal storage, conversion, distribution and supply of the energy consuming unit shall be included in the comprehensive energy consumption.
