This standard specifies the application conditions, structural features and parameters, mainly test items, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of traction motor on board high-speed motive units.
This standard is applicable to the traction motor on board high-speed motive units (hereinafter referred to as the motor) which adopt voltage source converter for power supply, and variable velocity variable frequency (VVVF) mode for speed regulation, with a running speed above 200km/h.
