1 Scope
This document stipulates the interface definition, account opening management process, message format and message specification for the data exchange of customer account opening data in the futures market among participating entities.
This document is applicable to the system interface, interface, database design and software development when customer account opening data exchange in the futures market.

5 Futures market customer account opening management process
5.1 General
The futures market customer account opening management process refers to the process in which domestic or overseas individual customers, general unit customers and special unit customers submit futures business applications to futures operating institutions. After the futures operating institutions accept the applications, they submit the applications to futures account opening management institutions and futures trading places successively. The process of processing the futures business application results and finally returning the futures business application results to customers is shown in Figure 1.
5.2 Futures business application
Domestic or overseas individual customers, general unit customers and special unit customers submit business applications to futures operating institutions. The business types include but are not limited to applying for transaction codes, canceling transaction codes, modifying key information, modifying general information, account dormancy, and account activation.
5.3 Data submission
The futures operating institution shall verify the business application data, and shall generate a business application message in accordance with the requirements of this document, and submit it to the futures account opening management institution.
5.4 Data forwarding
After the futures account opening management institution verifies and processes the business application data, it forwards the business application data to the futures trading place.
5.5 Return processing results
The futures trading place processes the business application and returns the processing results to the futures account opening management institution. The futures account opening management institution returns the processing results of the business application to the futures operating institution, and the futures operating institution finally returns the processing results of the business application to the customer.
