1 Scope
This document specifies the determination of ortho-phenylphenol in footwear and its components by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method.
This document is applicable to the determination of the content of ortho-phenylphenol in footwear and its components.

4 Principle
Add an appropriate amount of acetonitrile to the specimen cut into pieces and fully infiltrate it. After extraction in ultrasonic water bath, cool and filter it to make the liquid to be tested. Take an appropriate amount of the liquid to be tested and analyze it by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer (HPLC-MS/MS), and quantify it by external standard method.
