5 Architecture
5.1 System architecture
The architecture of chemical fiber equipment interconnection and interoperability system is shown in Figure 1, which consists of equipment layer, control layer and production management layer. It realizes information exchange from the bottom equipment layer to the management layer and real-time monitoring of field equipment information and production status.
Equipment layer: The chemical fiber equipment involved in interconnection and interoperability mainly includes polyester polymerization equipment, polyester filament equipment, polyester staple fiber equipment, spandex filament equipment, viscose staple fiber equipment, in-factory logistics equipment, etc. The equipment is collected through the acquisition system, providing real-time data for the management layer and the control layer and receiving the operation instructions issued by the control layer.
Control layer: responsible for on-site monitoring and data management of chemical fiber equipment, and realizes real-time monitoring of chemical fiber production equipment through programmable control equipment (such as PLCIPC, etc.), visual monitoring systems (such as SCADA, etc.) and integrated control systems (such as DCS, etc.); Extract real-time production data and build an information model: establish a data dictionary of chemical fiber equipment according to the production process: connect the equipment layer and the management layer to realize the interconnection and interoperability between chemical fiber equipment and between equipment and management system.
Production management layer: Through each production management system software, the data of chemical fiber equipment is obtained from the control layer or directly, and equipment information is provided for production management such as production planning and scheduling management, production execution management, equipment management and remote operation and maintenance.
5.2 Information interconnection
It shall comply with the requirements of 5.2 in GB/T43018.1-2023.
6 Basic requirements
6.1 Equipment interfaces and protocols
6.1.1 Equipment interfaces
The requirements for equipment interfaces for the interconnection and interoperation of chemical fiber equipment shall be as follows:
a) High-speed transmission should be supported to meet real-time requirements;
b) It should have anti-interference and stability to ensure the reliability of data transmission;
c) Should have security features to protect the security and integrity of equipment and data;
d) It should be flexible and scalable, able to adapt to different production environments, support the addition and upgrade of new and old equipment, and meet changing needs;
e) The chemical fiber factory network can be divided into two ways: production equipment and production execution terminals to ensure complete equipment functions and safe cross-regional operation of the equipment;
f) A safety gate should be set up between the production equipment and its supporting control systems and the superior management system network to be isolated from the production execution terminal network equipment; The gate should be an industrial-grade product, suitable for chemical fiber factory environment.
6.3 System performance
When interconnected and interoperable chemical fiber equipment communicates and interacts, the load generated by the communication should not cause the control system itself to slow down significantly, resulting in stagnation, out-of-step and other operational failures, which will affect the use of normal functions.
6.4 Information security
The information security of chemical fiber equipment interconnection and interoperability systems, based on application scenarios and actual needs of enterprises, should comply with the security level requirements of 5.3.2 level 2 in GB/T 36324-2018. Enterprises with aggregation equipment or large enterprises should comply with the security level requirements of 5.3.3 level 3 and above in GB/T 36324-2018.
