1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, labeling, packaging, storage, and shelf life of labor skin care products, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document applies to labor skin care products used in the workplace.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 12903 apply to this document.
4 Categories
There are six types of skin care products for
work: a) waterproof skin care
products; b) oil-proof skin care
products; c) sunscreen skin
care products; d) cleansing skin
care products; e) repellent skin care
products; and f) film-type skin care products.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 Raw materials
The use of raw materials in labor skin care products should comply with the requirements of the "Technical Specifications for Safety of Cosmetics".
5.2 Microbiological index requirements
The microbiological indicators of labor skin care products should comply with the requirements of Table 1.

5.3 Hazardous Substance Limit Requirements
The limits for harmful substances in labor skin care products shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
5.5 Protection performance
5.5.1 For sunscreen skin care products, the sun protection factor (SPF value) should be no less than 20.
5.5.2 For cleansing skin care products, the decontamination time should be less than 120 seconds.
5.5.3 For repellent skin care products, the effective protection time should be no less than 4.0 hours.
5.6 Physical and chemical indicators
5.6.1 The pH value should be between 4.0 and 10.0.
5.6.2 Heat resistance and cold resistance: After the test, the sample should be observed to have no abnormal phenomena such as oil-water separation, precipitation (except for insoluble particle precipitation), discoloration, etc.
