Seamless steel tubes for hydroformed part
1 Scope
This standard specifies the order contents, dimension, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certification of seamless steel tubes for hydroformed part.
This document is applicable to the seamless steel tubes used in the manufacture of hydroformed parts (hereinafter referred to as “steel tubes”). The welded steel tubes for hydroformed parts may refer to this document.

4 Steel grade expression
The steel grades consist of the abbreviation "HF" for "hydroforming” and the specified minimum lower yield strength value (specified plastic elongation strength value, expressed in MPa).
Example: HF340, where,
HF——the abbreviation for "hydroforming”;
340——the specified minimum lower yield strength value (specified plastic elongation strength value), MPa.

1 范围
本文件规定了液压成形件用无缝钢管的订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。
本文件适用于采用液压成形方法制造零件时所用的无缝钢管(以下简称钢管)。液压成形件用焊接钢管可参照本文件执行。
