1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, code and model, structure and materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, quality certification documents, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of town liquefied natural gas (LNG) gasification supply installations (hereinafter referred to as LNG gasification supply installations).
This standard is applicable to LNG gasification supply installations with the maximum working pressure not greater than 1.6MPa, the total volume of tanks not greater than 20m3, the total volume of gas cylinder sets not greater than 4m3 and the total gas supply not greater than 2,000m3/h, which supply gas to gas users in towns.

4 Classification, codes and models
4.1 Classification
4.1.1 The installations may be classified into single-pipeline and multiple-pipeline types according to the pipeline structure.
4.1.2 The installations may be classified as follows according to the working ambient temperature range:
——Class I, -10~+60℃;
——Class II, -20~+60℃;
——Class III, below -20℃.
4.1.3 The installations may be classified into 0.01MPa, 0.2MPa, 0.4MPa, 0.8MPa, 1.6MPa, etc. according to the outlet working pressure.
4.1.4 The installations may be classified into 100m3/h, 200m3/h, 300m3/h, 500m3/h, 1,000m3/h, 1,500m3/h, 2,000m3/h, etc. according to the gas supply.
4.2 Code
4.2.1 Maximum working pressure (MPa), expressed by its numerical value, such as 0.8, 1.6, etc.
4.2.2 Outlet working pressure (MPa), expressed by its numerical value, such as 0.01, 0.2, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6, etc.
4.2.3 Gas supply value, expressed by the first two digits of the design vaporizing amount expressed in m3/h, with the surplus digit discarded and 0 supplemented in case of one digit only. When multiple outlets are available in the gasification installations, the gas supply is expressed by the vaporizing amount of each outlet connected by "+”.
4.2.4 Heat exchange modes of vaporizer include air type, water type and other types. See Table 1 for the codes of heat exchange modes of vaporizer.
