1.0.1 This code is applicable to design, manufacture, installation and test for steel double pipe heat exchanger with design pressure of less than or equal to 4.0MPa for petrochemical. However, when the design pressure is larger than 4.0mpa, it may also be implemented by reference of this.
1.0.2 When implementing, this code shall comply with requirements for current relevant compulsory standards.
