1 Scope
This standard specifies performance requirements and test methods of joint between rim and disc.
This standard is applicable to steel wheels with 5° DC rims.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purpose of this standard, the terms and definitions established in GB/T 2933 apply.
4 Test samples
The test sample shall be a new wheel, which may not be painted, but shall be subjected to all other processing procedures.
5 Test apparatus
The test apparatus is shown in Figure 1.

The test apparatus shall meet the following conditions:
a)The gap between the inner side of the disc and the upper die is (2-3) mm;
b)The gap between the outer side of the disc and the lower die is (2-3) mm;
c)The upper die shall fit closely with the disc, and the lower die shall fit closely with the rim;
d)The loading equipment is an ordinary hydraulic press.
