1 Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for WAP terminals. The test contents include system functions, service functions and protocol support. Among them, for each test content, the test environment, test connection, test procedures, judgment methods, etc. are specified.
This standard is applicable to WAP1.x and WAP2.0 terminals.

Note: The wireless data network equipment in the figure are under default test environment. If there is no special description, all test items are applicable to the environment with packet switching network as the bearer. For some test items, CSD bearer network is required, which will be explained in the specific test procedure.

4.2 Equipment Requirements
4.2.1 Requirements for equipment under test
The equipment under test shall include the WAP mobile terminal.
The WAP terminal under test shall be capable of supporting the following requirements:
——The test SIM card has the data service function of wireless network;
——The mobile terminal has been opened with data service.
