Determination of chloroacetic acid in dish-washing detergents - Liquid chromatography method 1 Scope This standard specifies the liquid chromatography method for monochloroacetic acid and dichloroacetic acid in dish-washing detergents. This standard is applicable to dish-washing detergents like hand dish-washing detergents, fruit and vegetable detergents and machine dish-washing detergents. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. GB/T 6682 Water for analytical laboratory use - Specification and test methods 3 Principle The sample is dissolved in mobile phase and the pH value is adjusted. After the sample solution is filtered, the contents of monochloroacetic acid and dichloroacetic acid in the sample solution are determined by a liquid chromatography UV detector or diode array detector, and quantified by the external standard method. 4 Reagents and materials 4.1 Reagent Unless otherwise specified, only analytical reagents are used. 4.1.1 Water, GB/T 6682, Grade I. 4.1.2 Monochloroacetic acid, not less than 99% in content, or certified reference material (CRM). 4.1.3 Dichloroacetic acid, not less than 99% in content, or CRM. 4.1.4 Phosphoric acid, guaranteed reagent.

餐具洗涤剂中氯乙酸的测定 液相色谱法 1 范围 本标准规定了餐具洗涤剂中一氯乙酸和二氯乙酸的的液相色谱检测方法。 本标准适用于餐具洗涤剂,包括手洗餐具用洗涤剂、果蔬洗涤剂和机洗餐具用洗涤剂。 2 规范性引用文件 下列文件对于本文件的引用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)使用于本文件。 GB/T 6682 分析实验室用水规格和试验方法 3 方法原理 用流动相溶解样品,调节pH值,样品溶液经过滤后,用液相色谱紫外检测器或二极管阵列检测器测定样品溶液中的一氯乙酸和二氯乙酸含量,外标法定量。 4 试剂和材料 4.1 试剂 除非另有规定,仅使用分析纯试剂。 4.1.1 水,GB/T 6682,一级 4.1.2 一氯乙酸,含量不低于99%或有证标准物质。 4.1.3 二氯乙酸,含量不低于99%或有证标准物质。 4.1.4 磷酸,优级纯。 4.1.5 乙腈,液相色谱级。 4.1.6 盐酸(36%~38%)。 4.1.7 盐酸溶液(1+1):量取100 mL盐酸(4.1.6) 慢慢加入100 mL水中,混匀,冷却后使用。 4.2 标准溶液配制 4.2.1 标准储备液 分别称取标准物一氯乙酸(4.1.2)和二氯乙酸(4.1.3)各0.1 g(准确到0.0001g)于50 mL烧杯中,加入适量流动相溶解,转移至100 mL容量瓶中,用流动相洗涤烧杯,洗涤液一并转入容量瓶中,用流动相定容,摇匀。该溶液即为标准储备液,浓度约1 mg/mL(一氯乙酸和二氯乙酸)。 标准储备液应放冰箱内于4C冷藏保存,有效期不超过7d。 4.2.2 混合标准曲线工作液 移取0.1 mL、0.5 mL、1.0 mL、1.5 mL、2.0 mL标准储备液(4.2.1),分别置于5个100 m容量瓶中,用流动相稀释至刻度,摇匀,即为标准溶液。该系列标准溶液浓度为1 μg/mL、5 μg/mL、10 μg/mL、15 μg/mL、20 μg/mL。该标准溶液随用随配,不能贮存。 5 仪器设备 5.1 液相色谱仪:带有数据处理系统,配备紫外检测器或者二极管阵列检测器。 5.2 电子天平,感量为0.1 mg。 5.3 带真空泵的抽滤装置,滤膜0.2 μm或0.45 μm. 5.4 超声波装置(用于流动相脱气)。 5.5 容量瓶,100 mL。 5.6 烧杯,50 mL,100 mL。 5.7 样品过滤头0.2 μm。 6 分析步骤 6.1 试样处理 称取样品约10 g~15 g(准确到0. 0001 g)于100 mL烧杯中,用50 mL流动相溶解,逐滴加入盐酸溶液(4.1.7),在pH计上调节样品溶液的pH值约为1.7~2.0。转移入100 mL容量瓶中,用流动相洗涤烧杯三次,洗涤液一并转入容量瓶中,用流动相定容,摇匀。用0.2 μm样品过滤头(5.7)过滤该样品溶液后,待测。 6.2 色谱条件 6.2.1 色谱柱:Cs柱,250mm×4.6mm,5μm,或同等性能的色谱柱。 6.2.2 流动相:移取水900 mL加入磷酸(4.1.4)2.0mL,混匀,经抽滤装置(5.3)过滤;再加入过滤过的乙腈(4.1.5)100mL。混匀,此溶液的pH值约为1.7~2.0。经超声波装置(5.4)脱气后使用。 6.2.3 流速:1.0 mL/min。 6.2.4 检测波长:214 nm。 6.2.5 进样量:20 μL。 6.2.6 柱温:30°C。 6.3 标准曲线的制作 用0.2 μm样品过滤头过滤标准溶液后,分别注入液相色谱仪中,测定相应的峰面积。以标准工作液的浓度为横坐标,以峰面积为纵坐标,绘制标准曲线。混合标准溶液谱图参见附录A图A.1。 6.4 试样溶液的测定 将试样溶液注入液相色谱中,得到峰面积。根据标准曲线得到样品溶液中一氯乙酸和二氯乙酸的浓度。如果样品中一氯乙酸和二氯乙酸的含量超出标准曲线的线性范围,用流动相稀释待测样品溶液,使待测液中一氯乙酸和二氯乙酸浓度在线性范围内。 7 结果计算 试样中一氯乙酸、二氯乙酸的含量以mg/kg表示,按照式(1)进行计算。
