1 Scope
This document specifies the monitoring items, indicator requirements, test methods, and evaluation requirements for energy conservation monitoring in offshore oil and gas fields.
This document applies to energy conservation monitoring of offshore oil and gas field production facilities (including onshore terminals).

4 Monitoring Items and Indicator Requirements
4.1 Mechanical Oil Production System
Monitoring items and indicator requirements are shown in Table 1.
4.2 Gathering and Transportation System

4.5.3 Monitoring Items and Evaluation Indicator Requirements for Thermal Pipelines
Monitoring items and indicator requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 15910; crude oil pipelines and heat transfer oil pipelines may refer to these provisions for implementation.
4.6 Power Supply and Distribution System
4.6.1 Monitoring Items
Monitoring items include line loss rate, transformer load factor, and transformer power factor.
4.6.2 Indicator Requirements for Energy Conservation Monitoring of Power Supply and Distribution System
4.6.2.1 The power loss of a single line in the electrical system should be less than 5% of the active power transmitted at the head end of that line.
4.6.2.2 The limited value for transformer load factor shall comply with the qualified indicator requirements of GB/T 16664.
4.6.2.3 Indicator requirements for transformer power factor are shown in Table 12.
