1 Scope
This Part of SN/T 2552 specifies the colony-count method of psychrophilic microorganisms at 6.5℃ and rapid colony-count method for assessment of psychrophilic microorganism quantity at 21℃.
This Part is applicable to the colony-count of psychrophilic microorganisms in raw milk, pasteurized milk and other heat-treated milk; other milk and dairy products may be implemented by reference to this Part.
