Limit and determination of sulfotep and analogues in organophosphorus pesticides
1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements and test methods for the limits of fenitrothion and its analogues in organophosphorus insecticides.
This document applies to organic phosphorus insecticide products in the control of the limit and content of stem borer and its analogues.
Note 1: The Chinese and English names, CAS registration numbers, molecular formula, structural formula, relative molecular mass and method quantitative limits of Fenitrothion and its analogues are shown in Appendix A.
Note 2: This document includes tetraethyl phosphorothioate, O,O,O',O'-tetramethyldithiophosphate and O tetramethyldithiophosphate for the treatment of stem borer and its analogues.

5 Test Methods
Warning: Personnel using this document should have practical experience in laboratory work. This document does not indicate all safety issues. It is the responsibility of the user to take appropriate safety and health measures.
5.1 General provisions
The determination of the test results of this document is made according to 4.3.3 in GB/T 8170-2008.
5.2 Identification test
Gas chromatography and mass spectrometry - under the same operating conditions of the full scan mode of chromatography and mass spectrometry, identification by comparison with the sample mass spectra, the retention time in the sample and the retention time in the sample should be no more than 5% relative difference, and the corresponding mass spectra and the sample mass spectra are basically the same. See Appendix B for information on the retention times of organophosphorus insecticides and their analogues, and Appendix C for the mass spectra of stem borer and its analogues.
5.3 Determination of fenitrothion and its analogues
5.3.1 Summary of the method
The samples were dissolved in acetone, separated by GC-MS using a (50%-phenyl)-methylpolysiloxane capillary column and GC-MS in single ion scanning (SIM) mode, and quantified by external standard method.
5.3.2 Reagents and solutions
5.3.2.1 o,o,o',o'-tetramethyl pyrophosphorothioate specimen: known mass fraction, w>95.0%.
