Part1: General principle
1 Scope
This document specifies the system architecture and general requirements for the remote service and management system for electric vehicles.
This document is applicable to data communication among on-board terminals, enterprise service and management platforms and public service and management platforms of pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicles.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 19596 and the following apply.

remote service and management system for electric vehicles
system that collects, processes and manages information on electric vehicles and provides information services for networked users
Note: The remote service and management system for electric vehicles consists of public service and management platforms, enterprise service and management platforms and on-board terminals.
3.2
public service and management platform
platform established by the state, local government or their designated institutions for data collection and unified management of electric vehicles within a specific range
3.3
enterprise service and management platform
platform built by complete vehicle manufacturers themselves or of entrust third-party technical units to manage electric vehicles and users within their service scope and provide safe operation services and management
3.4
on-board terminal
device or system installed on an electric vehicle to collect and store the key status parameters of the complete vehicle and system components and send them to the platform
