When the product has special requirements, the requirements of the product technical documents shall also be met. 3.0.2 The equipment and apparatuses used shall meet the requirements of design and product technical documents, and the equipment shall be provided with nameplate and certificate of approval. 3.0.3 After being transported to the site, the equipment and apparatuses shall be subjected to acceptance inspection within the specified time limit. Acceptance inspection shall include preliminary inspection and unpacking inspection, and shall meet the following requirements: 1 Preliminary inspection shall include the following contents: 1) Vehicle surface inspection: equipment and apparatuses shall be bound reasonably and firmly in good condition, and shall be free from collision and overturning; 2) Appearance inspection: the packages shall be complete and free from damage and moisture, and the unpackaged items shall be free from damage and deformation; 3) Quantity counting: the quantity of packaged and unpackaged items shall be accurate; 4) The preliminary inspection shall be documented, written or image records shall be formed for the problems found, and all records shall be signed for confirmation. 2 Unpacking inspection shall meet the following requirements: 1) The equipment and apparatuses shall be in good packing and sealing condition; 2) The model and specification of equipment and apparatuses shall meet the requirements of design documents; the quantity of equipment, accessories, spare parts, special tools, etc. shall be consistent with the contract and packing list; 3) The appearance shall be free from damage, deformation, moisture and rust; 4) The product technical documents shall be complete; 5) The unpacking inspection shall be documented, written or image records shall be formed for the problems found, and all records shall be signed for confirmation. 3.0.4 The storage period of rotating electrical machines before installation shall be one year or less. When long-term storage is required, it shall comply with the relevant requirements of the current professional standard DL/T 855 The code for maintenance and safekeeping of thermal power equipment in electric power construction. 3.0.5 The building engineering related to installation of rotating electrical machines shall meet the following requirements: 1 The quality of buildings (structures) shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard GB 50300 Unified standard for constructional quality acceptance of building engineering. 2 Before the equipment is installed, the building engineering shall meet the following conditions: 1) The roofing and flooring works shall be completed without leakage; 2) The concrete foundation shall reach the strength enough for installation; 3) Site formwork and sundries shall be cleaned up; 4) The position, dimension and quality of foundation, anchor bolt holes, channels, holes, embedded parts and cable ducts shall meet the requirements of design documents, and the embedded parts shall be firm. 3 Before the equipment is put into operation, secondary grouting and plastering shall be completed, and the secondary grouting strength shall meet the design requirements. 3.0.6 Safety technical measures shall be formulated for important construction items or processes of rotating electrical machines. 3.0.7 The finished product shall be well protected after the equipment is installed in place. 4 Steam turbine generator and synchronous compensator 4.1 General requirements 4.1.1 The construction of steam turbine generator set and synchronous compensator shall meet the requirements of approved design, order contract, technical agreement and product technical documents. To make any modification or change, the design unit and manufacturer shall issue corresponding supporting documents and go through relevant approval procedures. 4.1.2 The finished or semi-finished products processed and prepared by the outsourcing unit and on the site shall be inspected according to relevant requirements before use. 4.1.3 Generator and synchronous compensator must have at least 2 obvious grounding points, and shall be respectively connected at different positions of grounding grid. Grounding must be firm and reliable. 4.1.4 The construction and acceptance of exciter for synchronous generator and synchronous compensator with a capacity of 6,000kW or above shall comply with the relevant requirements of Clause 5 hereof. 4.2 Storage, handling and hoisting 4.2.1 The generators and synchronous compensators shall be inspected to meet the following requirements after arriving at the site and before installation: 1 The package shall be complete and there shall be no collision damage during transportation; 2 The rotor surface and the protective layer of shaft journal shall be complete and free from damage and rust, and there shall be no water accumulation inside the package; 3 The water and gas inlet and outlet channels of water-cooled and hydrogen-cooled generators and synchronous compensators shall be tightly closed, and all the blanking elements at the air inlet and outlet on the surface of hydrogen-cooled rotor shall be complete and in good condition; 4 The nitrogen purity and pressure of the generators and synchronous compensators which are transported and stored in a nitrogen-filled state shall meet the requirements of product technical documents. 4.2.2 The generators and synchronous compensators shall be stored according to the following requirements after arriving at the site and before installation: 1 The bearing capacity of sleeper stack, unloading platform and platform shall be inspected and confirmed before placing; 2 The main equipment of generator and synchronous compensator shall be stored in a clean and dry warehouse or plant building. The ambient temperature and humidity in the storage area shall meet the requirements of the product technical documents. When conditions do not permit, these equipment may be kept on site, and shall be provided with measures to prevent fire, water, moisture, dust, heat diffusion, mechanical damage and entry of small animals; 3 The storage temperature of the water-cooled generator and synchronous compensator shall not be lower than 5℃. Dry and clean compressed air shall be used to purge the residual moisture inside the water-cooled winding and keep its interior free of accumulated water; 4 During storage, the insulation resistance of stator and rotor windings of generator and synchronous compensator shall be measured regularly according to requirements of product technical documents; when storage conditions change, insulation resistance shall be measured in time; when it is found that the insulation resistance value drops obviously, the reason shall be found out and treatment measures shall be taken; 5 Before welding or cutting operations are carried out in the surrounding space of the stators of generator and synchronous compensator which are still in a closed state when transported to the site, fire prevention and isolation measures shall be taken, and the generator and synchronous compensator shall be inspected to be in good closed state; 6 The rotor shall be stored with the large teeth in the vertical direction and the retaining ring unstressed. During the storage period, the shaft journal, iron core, collector ring and other parts shall be inspected once a month to ensure no rust, and the rotor shall be rotated regularly according to the requirements of product technical documents. 4.2.3 The strength of building structures, lifting appliances and auxiliary hoisting facilities related to hoisting shall be calculated. The lifting appliances and auxiliary hoisting facilities shall be qualified upon load test and shall meet the hoisting requirements. 4.2.4 The stators of large generators and synchronous compensators shall be transported according to direction of placement, the passage shall be smooth, and the road carrying capacity shall meet the requirements. 1 General provisions 2 Terms 3 Basic requirements 4 Steam turbine generator and synchronous compensator 4.1 General requirements 4.2 Storage, handling and hoisting 4.3 Installation of stator and rotor 4.4 Installation of collector ring, brush and coaxial excitation device 4.5 Installation of cooling system 4.6 Drying 4.7 Start up and commissioning 5 Motor 5.1 General requirements 5.2 Storage and hoisting 5.3 Inspection and installation 5.4 Commissioning of individual equipment 6 Engineering handover acceptance Explanation of wording in this standard List of quoted standards 1 总则 1.0.1 为规范旋转电机安装和验收,统一安装和验收标准,保证安装质量,促进安装技术水平的提高,制定本标准。 1.0.2 本标准适用于旋转电机中的电动机和容量6000 kW及以上汽轮发电机、调相机的施工及验收。 1.0.3 对引进机组的施工验收,应按合同规定的标准执行,且验收标准不得低于本标准的规定。 1.0.4 旋转电机机械部分的安装及试运行,应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。 1.0.5 旋转电机的施工及验收除应符合本标准规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。 2 术 语 2.0.1 调相机 synchronous compensator 由定子,转子及励磁系统组成,用于改善电网功率因数,维持电网电压水平的同步电机,又称同步补偿机或同步调相机。 2.0.2 对拼接头the splice head 发电机出线瓷套管端部导体与外部母线间的过渡连接部件。电气连接接触面均有镀银层,并通过非导磁螺栓紧密拼接组成。 3 基本规定 3.0.1 旋转电机的运输和保管应符合本标准规定。当产品有特殊要求时,尚应满足产品技术文件要求。 3.0.2 采用的设备和器材应满足设计及产品技术文件要求,设备应有铭牌及合格证。 3.0.3 设备和器材到达现场后,应在规定期限内做验收检查。验收检查应包括初步检验和开箱检验,并应符合下列规定: 1 初步检验应包括下列内容: 1)车面检查:设备和器材绑扎应合理、牢固和完好,并应无磕碰和倾覆现象; 2)外观检查:包装应完整、无破损和水湿,裸装件应无损伤和变形; 3)数量清点:包装件和裸装件数量应准确; 4)初步检验应形成记录,发现问题应形成文字或图像记录,并应签字确认。 2 开箱检验应符合下列规定: 1)包装和密封应良好; 2)设备器材型号、规格应满足设计文件要求;设备,附件,备品备件、专用工具等数量应与合同及装箱单一致; 3)外观应无损伤,变形、水湿及锈蚀; 4)产品技术文件应齐全; 5)开箱检验应形成记录,发现问题应形成文字或图像记录并应签字确认。 3.0.4 旋转电机安装前的存放和保管期限应为一年以内。当需要长期保管时,应按现行行业标准《电力基本建设火电设备维护保管规程》DL/T 855的有关规定执行。 3.0.5 与旋转电机安装有关的建筑工程应符合下列规定; 1 建(构)筑物的质量应符合现行国家标准《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》GB 50300的有关规定。 2 设备安装前,建筑工程应具备下列条件: 1)屋顶、楼板工作应结束,不得有渗漏现象; 2)混凝土基础应达到允许安装的强度; 3)现场模板、杂物应清理完毕; 4)基础、地脚螺栓孔、沟道、孔洞、预埋件及电缆管的位置、尺寸和质量,应满足设计文件要求,预埋件应牢固。 3 设备投运前,应完成二次灌浆和抹面工作,二次灌浆强度应满足设计要求。 3.0.6 旋转电机的重要施工项目或工序,应制定安全技术措施。 3.0.7 设备安装就位后应做好成品保护。 4 汽轮发电机和调相机 4.1 一般规定 4.1.1 汽轮发电机组、调相机的施工应满足已经批准的设计、订货合同、技术协议和产品技术文件要求,当需修改或变更时,应由设计单位、制造厂出具相应的证明文件,并应办理相关审批手续。 4.1.2 对外委和现场加工配制的成品或半成品,应按相关规定进行检验,合格后方可使用。 4.1.3 发电机、调相机必须有不少于2个明显接地点,并应分别引入接地网的不同位置,接地必须牢固可靠。 4.1.4 容量6 000 kW及以上同步发电机及调相机的励磁机的施工及验收应按本标准第5章的有关规定执行。 4.2 保管、搬运和起吊 4.2.1 发电机,调相机到达现场后和安装前的检查应符合下列规定: 1 包装应完整,在运输过程中不应存在碰撞损坏现象; 2 转子表面与轴颈的保护层应完整,应无损伤和锈蚀,包装内应无积水现象; 3 水内冷和氢冷发电机、调相机的水、气进出孔道的封闭应严密,氢冷转子表面所有进出风道口的封堵件,应齐全完好; 4 充氮运输、保管的发电机、调相机氮气纯度和压力应满足产品技术文件要求。 4.2.2 发电机、调相机到达现场后,安装前的保管应符合下列规定: 1 放置前应检查和确认枕木垛、卸货台,平台的承载能力; 2 发电机、调相机主体设备应存放在清洁干燥的仓库或厂房内,存放区域环境温度和湿度应满足产品技术文件要求;当条件不允许时,可就地保管,并应有防火、防水、防潮、防尘、保温、防机械损伤及防止小动物进入等措施; 3 水内冷发电机、调相机存放温度不应低于5℃,宜使用干燥,清洁的压缩空气吹扫水内冷绕组内部残存的水分,并应保持其内部无积水; 4 存放保管期间,应按照产品技术文件要求定期测量发电机、调相机定子、转子绕组绝缘电阻;当保管条件有变化时,应及时测量绝缘电阻;当发现绝缘电阻值明显下降时,应查明原因,并应采取处理措施; 5 对于运输到现场仍处于封闭状态的发电机、调相机定子,在其周围空间进行施焊或切割等作业前,应做好防火隔离措施,并检查发电机、调相机的封闭应良好; 6 转子的存放应使大齿处于垂直方向,不得使护环受力。保管期间应每月一次检查轴颈、铁芯、集电环等部位不得有锈蚀,并应按产品技术文件要求定期盘动转子。 4.2.3 与起吊有关的建筑结构、起重机械、辅助起吊设施等强度应经过核算,起重机械、辅助起吊设施负荷试验应合格,并应满足起吊要求。 4.2.4 大型发电机、调相机定子的运输应满足就位时的方向,通道应畅通,道路承载能力应满足要求。 4.2.5 发电机、调相机定子和转子的起吊和搬运应符合下列规定: 1 受力点位置应符合产品技术文件要求; 2 转子起吊时,护环、轴颈、小护环、风扇、集电环、槽楔、风斗不得作为着力点; 3 轴颈应包扎保护,吊带不得与风扇、集电环、转子的槽楔、风斗碰触。吊带与转子的绑扎部位应垫好可靠的垫块。 4.3 定子和转子的安装 4.3.1 定子和转子的安装及现场手包绝缘工作宜在空气相对湿度不高于75%的环境下进行。当不满足要求时,应采取通风、除湿措施。 4.3.2 安装过程中,应保持铁芯、绕组、机座内部清洁无尘土、无油垢和杂物。 4.3.3 绕组的绝缘表面应完好、无伤痕和起泡现象。端部绕组与绑环应紧靠垫实,紧固件和绑扎件应完整,无松动,且螺母应锁紧。 4.3.4 铁芯硅钢片应无锈蚀、松动、损伤、金属性短接现象。通风孔和风道应清洁、无杂物阻塞。 4.3.5 埋入式测温元件的引出线及端子板应清洁和绝缘,其屏蔽接地应良好。埋设于汇水管水支路部位的测温元件应完好,并应安装牢固。 4.3.6 定子槽楔应无裂纹、凸出和松动现象。每根槽楔的空响长度应满足产品技术文件要求,端部槽楔应嵌紧。槽楔下采用波纹板时,应按产品技术文件要求进行检查。 4.3.7 进入定子膛内工作,应保持洁净,不得遗留物件,不得损伤绕组端部和铁芯。 4.3.8 检查转子上的紧固件应紧牢,平衡块不得增减或变位,平衡螺丝应锁牢。风扇叶片应安装牢固、方向正确,并应无破损和变形,螺栓紧固力矩值应满足产品技术文件要求,且螺栓锁片应锁牢。 4.3.9 安装气体内冷发电机、调相机转子前,应取出转子通风孔所有封堵件并经检验人员验证,并应按现行行业标准《隐极同步发电机转子气体内冷通风道检验方法及限值》JB/T 6229的有关规定进行转子通风试验。 4.3.10 穿转子时,应使用专用工具,不得碰伤定子绕组和铁芯。 4.3.11 发电机、调相机的空气间隙和磁场中心应满足产品技术文件要求。 4.3.12 穿转子前后应测试定子绕组绝缘电阻和直流电阻,并应测试转子绕组绝缘电阻和交流阻抗。测试结果与出厂值比较应无明显差别。 4.3.13 安装端盖时,应进行下列检查: 1 发电机、调相机内部应无杂物和遗留物,冷却介质及气封通道应通畅;安装后,端盖接合处应紧密;采用端盖轴承的电机,端盖接合面应采用10 mm×0.05 mm塞尺检查,塞入深度不得超过10mm; 2 对有轴瓦绝缘的大型发电机、调相机,安装端盖前应确认轴瓦绝缘测试线为耐油的绝缘导线或满足产品技术文件要求,并检查其与轴瓦的连接应牢固可靠;安装端盖并引出轴瓦绝缘测试线后应进一步检测和确认其导通和绝缘情况,并应满足产品技术文件要求; 3 应对轴瓦测温元件引线的完好性进行检查; 4 水内冷发电机、调相机的绝缘水管不得碰及端盖或其他构件,不得有凹瘪现象,绝缘水管相互之间不得碰触或摩擦;当有碰触或摩擦时应使用软质绝缘物隔开,并应绑扎牢固; 5 端盖封闭前,应完成电气、热工专业相关检查和试验工作,并应完成相关签证。 4.3.14 发电机、调相机引出线的安装应符合下列规定: 1 引线和出线的接触面应良好、清洁、无油垢,镀银层不应锉磨; 2 引线和出线的连接应使用力矩扳手紧固,紧固力矩值应满足产品技术文件要求;当采用钢质螺栓时,连接后不得构成闭合磁路; 3 出线套管表面应清洁,无损伤和裂纹,电气绝缘试验合格后方可安装;氢气冷却或水内冷发电机的出线套管应按现行行业标准《氢冷电机气密封性检验方法及评定》JB/T 6227有关规定和产品技术文件要求做密封性试验,试验合格后方可安装;出线盒法兰、套管法兰和发电机、调相机本体的结合面应密合; 4 引线与出线连接后,其冷却通道密封和通畅性检查试验应满足产品技术文件要求;手包绝缘工艺和质量应满足产品技术文件要求; 5 引线和出线的安装,不得使单相引线或出线周围构成闭合铁磁回路; 6 安装前应检查现场组装的对拼接头电气连接接触面应平整、无机械损伤和变形,镀银层应完好; 7 发电机出线对拼接头现场组装并紧固螺栓力矩后,应检查其连接和接触应牢固可靠,并应连同对拼接头测量发电机定子绕组的直流电阻,应无异常; 8 对于发电机出线罩内一次侧安装的在线监测装置,应按现行国家标准《电气装置安装工程 电气设备交接试验标准》GB 50150的有关规定对其和引线进行耐压试验。 4.3.15 隔绝发电机、励磁装置轴电流的绝缘部件绝缘性能应良好,绝缘电阻值应满足产品技术文件要求,当无规定时,使用1000 V兆欧表测试其绝缘电阻值不应小于0.5 M表。 4.3.16 轴密封装置对地有绝缘规定时,安装后应测试其绝缘电阻,绝缘电阻值应满足产品技术文件要求。 4.3.17 氢冷发电机的安装应符合现行国家标准《隐极同步发电机技术要求》GB/T 7064的有关规定。 4.3.18 定子绕组总进出水管的接口端应有盖板或用防护带封口,定子冷却水接入时方可拆除。 4.4 集电环、电刷及同轴励磁装置的安装 4.4.1 集电环应与轴同心,晃度应符合产品技术文件要求,当无要求时,晃度不宜大于0.05 mm。集电环表面应光滑无锈蚀、损伤、油垢。 4.4.2 接至刷架的电缆,不应使刷架受力,其金属护层不应触及带有绝缘垫的轴承。 4.4.3 电刷架及其横杆应固定,绝缘衬管和绝缘垫应无损伤、污垢,并应测量其绝缘电阻,绝缘电阻值应满足产品技术文件要求。 4.4.4 刷握与集电环表面间隙应满足产品技术文件要求,当无要求时,其间隙可调整为2 mm~3 mm。 4.4.5 电刷的安装调整应符合下列规定: 1 同一发电机上应使用同型号,同厂家的电刷; 2 电刷的编织带应连接牢固、接触良好,不得与转动部分或弹簧片碰触;具有绝缘垫的电刷,绝缘垫应完好; 3 电刷在刷握内应能上下自由移动,电刷与刷握的间隙应满足产品技术文件要求;当无要求时,其间隙可为0.10mm~0.20mm; 4 恒压弹簧应完好无损,型号和压力应满足产品技术文件要求;同一极上的弹簧压力偏差不宜超过5%; 5 电刷接触面应与集电环的弧度相吻合,接触面积不应小于单个电刷截面的75%;研磨电刷后,应将炭粉清扫干净; 6 非恒压的电刷弹簧,压力应满足其产品技术文件要求;当无要求时,应调整到不使电刷冒火的最低压力,同一刷架上每个电刷的压力应均匀; 7 在考虑机组冷态和机组运行轴系膨胀量的情况下,电刷均应在集电环的整个表面内工作,不得靠近集电环的边缘。 4.4.6 励磁用绕组(P棒)的绝缘检查及引出线的连接应满足产品技术文件的要求,当无要求时,应与主绕组及主同路要求相同。 4.4.7 同轴励磁装置与发电机转子回路的连接,应符合下列规定: 1 同轴励磁装置检查及其与发电机转子回路的电气连接,应满足产品技术文件要求; 2 同轴励磁装置联轴器螺栓紧固力矩值应符合产品技术文件要求; 3 高速旋转的电气连接接触面不得使用电力复合脂。 4.5 冷却系统的安装 4.5.1 氢冷发电机冷却系统的安装应符合下列规定: 1 定子、转子及氢、油、氢冷器水系统管路等应做密封性试验;试验合格后,可做整体性气密试验;试验方法、压力和标准应符合产品技术文件要求或按现行行业标准《氢冷电机气密封性检验方法及评定》JB/T 6227的有关规定执行; 2 氢气质量应满足产品技术文件要求。当无要求时,氢气纯度应大于95%,机内压力下,氢气湿度应为-25℃≤td(露点)≤0℃。 4.5.2 水内冷发电机冷却系统的安装应符合下列规定: 1 安装前,定子或转子水回路应按产品技术文件要求进行密封性试验; 2 冷却水水质应满足产品技术文件要求。 3 冷却水系统应进行正、反向冲洗,分支水回路应畅通;入口水压和流量应满足产品技术文件要求; 4 定子、转子安装后,应检查汽端、励端、出线套管的汇水管接地引出线绝缘及导通应良好、可靠,并应检查定子冷却水进出水管绝缘应良好、可靠; 5 水内冷定子绕组应进行热水流试验或超声波流量法测试定子冷却水系统流量,并应符合现行行业标准《汽轮发电机绕组内部水系统检验方法及评定》JB/T 6228的有关规定。 4.5.3 检漏装置应清洁、干燥和完好。 4.6 干燥 4.6.1 发电机、调相机定子绕组的绝缘电阻、吸收比或极化指数,应符合现行国家标准《电气装置安装工程 电气设备交接试验标准》GB 50150的有关规定。当不符合时,应进行干燥。 4.6.2 发电机、调相机的干燥处理应符合下列规定: 1 温度应缓慢上升,升温速率应满足产品技术文件要求,可为每小时升5℃~8℃; 2 铁芯和绕组的最高允许温度,应根据绝缘等级确定; 3 带转子干燥的发电机、调相机当温度达到70℃以后,应至少每隔2 h将转子转动180°; 4 水内冷发电机、调相机定子宜采用水质合格的热水循环干燥,初始阶段水与空心铜管的温度差不得大于15℃,逐步加热后水温不宜高于70℃;当采用直流电加热法时,在定子绕组与绝缘水管连接处的接头上测得的温度不应高于70℃; 5 对水内冷发电机转子的干燥可采用直流电加热法,当采用电阻法测量温度时,其温度不应高于65℃; 6 其他冷却方式的发电机,调相机定子和转子的干燥处理应满足产品技术文件要求; 7 当发电机、调相机就位后干燥时。宜与风室干燥同时进行; 8 当绝缘电阻值,吸收比或极化指数满足产品技术文件要求,且测量数值在同一温度下历时5 h稳定不变时,可认为干燥合格; 9 发电机、调相机干燥处理后不及时启动时,应有防潮措施。 4.6.3 对于交流耐压试验已合格的发电机,调相机,当折算至运行温度或环氧粉云母绝缘的发电机、调相机在常温下,按额定电压计算绝缘电阻值不低于1 MΩ/kV时,可不经干燥投入运行。但在投运前不应再拆开端盖进行内部作业。 4.7启动试运 4.7.1 发电机、调相机启动试运前的检查应符合下列规定: 1 建筑工程应全部结束,现场应清扫整理完毕,脚手架应已拆除,道路应畅通,沟道和孔洞盖板应齐全,楼梯和步道扶手、栏杆应齐全且应满足安全要求; 2 在寒冷气候下进行试运时,应做好厂房封闭和防冻措施,试运区域环境温度宜保持在5℃以上; 3 试运区域与生产或施工区域应已安全隔离; 4 电缆和盘柜防火封堵应符合设计文件要求; 5 试运区域照明、通信,消防设施应齐全完好; 6 发电机、调相机本体安装结束,发电机、调相机外壳油漆应完整,接地应良好;启动前应按现行国家标准《电气装置安装工程 电气设备交接试验标准》GB 50150的有关规定完成相关试验项目,并应试验合格; 7 冷却、调速、润滑、水、氢、密封油等附属系统应安装完毕,并应验收合格,水质、油质和氢气质量应满足产品技术文件要求,分部试运行情况应良好; 8 发电机、调相机出线套管及出线罩内绝缘件表面应清洁,应无灰尘、水、油污和异物; 9 发电机、调相机出线与外部回路的连接应满足设计文件要求,且应连接紧密、导通良好、牢固可靠;电刷与集电环的接触应良好; 10 发电机、调相机保护、控制、测量、信号、励磁等系统应调试完毕,且应工作正常; 11 启动试运前测定发电机、调相机定子绕组、转子绕组及励磁回路的绝缘电阻,应符合现行国家标准《电气装置安装工程 电气设备交接试验标准》GB 50150的有关规定;有绝缘的轴承座的绝缘板、轴承座及台板的接触面应清洁干燥,使用1000 V兆欧表测量绝缘电阻值不得小于0.5 MΩ; 12 对于发电机、调相机出线罩周围空间的漏水、漏油、掉落异物等不安全因素应进行排查并应做好相关防范措施。 4.7.2 不同冷却形式的发电机、调相机运行应符合下列规定: 1 氢气直接冷却的发电机、调相机在来充氢气状态下不得加励磁; 2 氢气间接冷却的发电机、调相机用空气冷却连续运行时,其功率和定子、转子的温升应符合现行国家标准《隐极同步发电机技术要求》GB/T 7064的有关规定; 3 水内冷发电机转子绕组未通水时不得启动或盘车;转子、定子绕组未通水冷却不得加励磁;定子和转子的断水运行持续时间不得超过30 s。 4.7.3 启动试运中应对发电机、调相机进行下列检查和试验: 1 旋转方向、相序及运行声音; 2 集电环及电刷的工作情况; 3 发电机、调相机各部件温度和发电机、调相机各种冷却介质参数; 4 氧冷发电机,调相机在额定氢压下的漏氢量; 5 轴振动值和轴瓦温度、轴承回油温度; 6 定子电压、定子电流,频率、励磁电压、励磁电流和有功功率,无功功率、功率因数; 7 现行国家标准《电气装置安装工程 电气设备交接试验标准》GB 50150规定的发电机、调相机转子绕组交流阻抗、空载特性、短路特性、灭磁时间常数、定子残压和轴电压等试验。
