Food additive - Lactitol (also known as 4-β-D galactopyranose-D-sorbitol)
1 Scope
This standard is applicable to lactitol (also known as 4-β-D galactopyranose-D-sorbitol), a food additive made from lactose as raw material through hydrogenation, purification, concentration, drying and other processes. Lactitol products are classified into anhydrous lactitol, lactitol monohydrate and lactitol dihydrate.
