1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This specification was formulated with a view to standardizing the quality of city gas odorant, gas odorant injection rate, design, installation, acceptance, operation and maintenance of gas odorization unit as well as to realizing the warning function of gas odorant.
1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the design, installation, acceptance operation and maintenance of city gas odorization. It is not applicable to the gas odorization for production process of such industrial enterprises with special requirements.
1.0.3 The type selection of city gas odorant and gas odorization unit shall be technically advanced, safe and reliable, economic and rational, the mature and effective new process, technology, material and equipment shall be adopted positively.
1.0.4 In addition to the requirements of this specification, city gas odorization shall also comply with those specified in the current relevant standards of the nation
